Got me through senior year of college! Will continue to use in the workplace. The "pomodoro method" works!

Cool app, surprised something simple helps so well.

This app is great. It is easy to navigate and easy to keep using. It helps keep me on track, and it also helps keep me from over doing it on days when I forget my limits. It is encouraging to be able to look back on all the work Ive done and my comments along the way. I highly recommend this app for students or for anybody who wants a little help organizing their time.

Really helps keep me focused and to track how much time is spent doing certain things. Would be pretty much perfect if there was the ability to set weekly goals for each block, instead of just a total number of all block for the week.

What I like about the app is that it can be tailored to your needs. You can set up projects and goals or simple daily routines within the block system. Ive already upgraded to the premium version for this reason.

This app is my favorite pomodoro app and Ive tried dozens. I love the elegant design and the graphical representation of your work flow.

I love this app for tracking how much time I spend doing things. Its very useful for seeing how much time I spend on each class for homework. I liked it so much I spent $4 for the full version. However it is disappointing when I return to the app and it loses the block that I was working on. I cant multitask while having a block run because Ill just lose it when I return to the app. If I briefly switch to an app that doesnt require much computing power (yes, I dont know the word for it) the block will probably not go away. It is only when the app restarts that I lose a block. For technical purposes I am using a 5th generation iPod that isnt as fast as newer Apple products. On another note I think the premium user should be able to have unlimited categories, not just up to 12. Im not saying that Ill use 50, but after paying $4 I think the user shouldnt have to worry about running out of category slots. My suggestion is that the number of spaces available be increased, around 24 maybe. I think this is a great app overall but does need some improvements.

I have tried maybe a dozen Pomodoro apps. This is the one I actually use everyday. Much better than Forest.

-lock screen timer -white noise/ticking feature for extra focus -auto mode so that you dont have to start next block Love this app. Superb work. Simple. Beautiful. Encouraging. Effective.

Really wish I could love this app & use it forever! However I cant! You can only adjust the times of breaks and not the work block. I was excited for a simple interface with color coded topics, exactly what I need as an entrepreneur to code my different projects. But that lack of a feature makes it an absolute no go! Sorry!

Simple Pomodoro app with clean and elegant design. Beats out most of the paid app in this category in my opinion. Much needed tool in an age of distractions. I would like to see more history in terms of range and details (type, comment, and stars for each block). An export would also be appreciated.

I really like this app. Clean design, clearly a labor of love. Which is why Im surprised to see no other reviews... Id love to see integration with Google calendar (Im using this simultaneously as a motivation tool and tracking work hours, and a calendar is essential for me to do that) and the ability to swipe between block categories instead of going to the list. Sometimes the timer stops inexplicably.

I cant believe you dont have any reviews; this app is very well made! Its intuitive and simple, visually very nice with a clean design and just genuinely useful. Ive only been using it for a day but I have to say its great so far and the only thing Id change would be allowing the user to alter the length of a block. (To me 5, 10, 20 and 30 minute blocks make sense. You could size the squares based on the setting on the fly using scale even, then end up with various blocks of different colors and sizes... Im a developer as well

This app has made my productivity at work skyrocket.

I used to think I was organized until I checked out Block & Flow! Ive become more focused on tasks and noticed Im more productive after reflecting back on each block throughout the day. Definitely recommend!

Exactly what I was looking for in a pomodoro timer app. I love the categories!
